These terms and conditions apply to all agreements for the supply of goods by Flying Bird Tea Company (hereinafter FBTC). Please read them carefully as your use of the site will indicate your acceptance of these terms. Do not use the site if you do not agree to these terms.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will reflect the color of the actual goods, therefore they may vary slightly from the pictures shown on our website.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only and do not include accessories we may picture on our website.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content of our website including texts, photos and diagrams remain the intellectual property of FBTC. You may only store, print or display this content for your personal use.

APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with Hungarian Law. Any disputes will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
FBTC will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivering your goods caused by reasons beyond our control. If such situation arises, we have the right to withdraw from this contract and reimburse in full any payment you may have made in advance.

FBTC will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the content contained in this website or from your access of other material via web links from this site.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Orders can be placed on our website using our online shop.

Our system automatically acknowledges the receipt of your order, but this acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. By acknowledging the receipt of your order we are not creating a binding obligation to supply the product(s) that you have ordered.

In the event that the ordered goods are no longer available, or that we have made a mistake in description or price, we will inform you about this and no contract will be formed between us.

All prices are correct at the time of entering the product to our website. All prices quoted on our website are in Euros and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

Payment can be made by the specified Payment Methods. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Bank Transfer.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

DELIVERY
We ship orders using GLS Europe. Shipping rates are listed by EU country on our website, and will automatically be calculated and shown to you on checkout. We usually dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from receipt of order.

Your package should arrive in 2-5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are also listed by EEU country on our website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Please inform us of your decision and arrange a return.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
We will refund all payments received from you including delivery fees immediately, but latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of shipping it.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges and if applicable duties, taxes and other charges associated.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
