CHARACTER
A sweet, fragrant Silver Needles tea with perfectly shaped, fresh and soft buds, without broken and older leaves. In this tea you can taste the essence of real white tea, wonderfull and delicate, with an exotic aroma, a cool floral fragrance and very fresh fruit taste. This iconic white tea is a very impressive experience on first tasting, people in China often give it as a gift to specially honoured guests. The processing of the hairy buds is the gentlest of all teas, the freshly picked buds are left to rest for a long time in the open air and then dried to ready using hot air.
The tender white buds have a cool, clove-pepper and lemon scent, and the brew is ethereal, light, floral and slightly creamy. In the pale, white wine-yellow infusion you can explore banana, melon, citrus, floral aromas, sweet spice and jasmine smell, based on a sugary, sour cream, bread taste. Lively, inspiring, substantial and very enjoyable white tea. The brew is moderately strong, rather weak.
