CHARACTER
Tian Ren Xiang is a golden brown disc with a natural amount of reefs. It is tightly pressed and has a more persistent fruity flavor while retaining its tartness and mineral, stony character. Tian Ren Xiang is a mature tea with a dominant acidity, with its earthiness giving the tea its bouquet and aroma while softening the tannins. The base flavor is sweetish, with a honeyed, dried fruit and juniper aftertaste.
Menghai Region
A low-altitude ( 570-1650m), warm, humid region with 85% humidity in the tropical region in the southernmost part of Yunnan. Tea has been made in the surrounding mountains for a very long time, so it is a true traditional tea, strong, less select and refined, with a hard, steely strength and impact. It is characterised by grey-brown dry leaves, a stable aroma, a long aftertaste, a yellow brew and a harshness.
DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE
A) According to the traditional gongfucha tea ceremony, after a “hot bath”, brew it several times at 90-95°C, with 40-60 second infusions. Use 2g of tea for 100ml water.
