During our upcoming program, we aim to deepen your understanding of the unique Wuyi character, its rich history, and its distinctive place within the world of oolong teas. Wuyi Yancha has a unique character which offers a deep, layered experience rooted in the rocky cliffs of the Wuyi Mountains. The dry leaves carry a toasted, mineral scent with hints of cacao and charred wood. Once steeped, the aroma opens into sweet roasted chestnuts, warm stone, floral and fruity note. Let’s understand the unique processing and charcoal roasting effects on the amazing aroma and fragrance.
