Crafted from the Okuyutaka (おくゆたか) shrub, this classic, meticulously processed, lightly steamed sencha is exceptionally aromatic. The leaves of the Okuyutaka shrub are larger and darker compared to other tea varieties. The deep green, highly fragrant leaves are promising in both appearance and texture, offering an intense, sweet and tart aroma that is truly captivating.
The flavor profile of this tea is exceptionally rich, with a remarkable complexity and depth in its brew. Its bright, dense, golden infusions beautifully balance the sweet, tart, and umami flavors, carrying floral and creamy notes in its aroma. This is a high-value, excellent tea for enjoyment.

A) Traditional way in hohin/kyusu: 5-6 grams + 150-180 ml water. According to the Senchado, it can be infused at 65-70°C, for 1,5 minutes. Later, by continuously increasing the water temperature, we can brew it 4-5 more times with 20-30 second infusions.
B) Modern brewing in a glass mug/pot: 5 grams + 300-500 ml water. It can be infused at 70 C°, for 1-2 minutes, 2-3 times.
