CHARACTER
Honey-scented sheng with a soft texture and lingering sweetness. A fat-leaf tea with fleshy buds, the white buds curl nicely on the surface of the medium tightly pressed tea. Nannuoshan tea is a perfect choice for those new to sheng puer. The least bitter and astringent sheng tea, the brew is thick, full-bodied and rich, reminiscent of the sultry, warm scent of tropical forests. Naturally sweet, the aroma is a mix of sun-drenched fields, treebark and honey. Nannuoshan is located in the tropical belt of Xishuangbanna Prefecture, one of the 10 famous tea mountains. The tea gardens are located at an altitude of 1500-1750 m in the middle of the forest.
