CHARACTER
The brew has a sweet, clean aroma with minimal fermentation scent. Upon brewing, it releases a pronounced, pleasant ripe fragrance, occasionally accompanied by hints of caramel or floral notes. The tea offers a rich, mellow taste with a smooth, sweet entry. It maintains a consistent sweetness throughout, with a full-bodied texture and a lingering, slightly cherry aftertaste. The brewed liquor presents a deep red hue, clear and bright.

DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE
According to the traditional Gongfucha tea ceremony, use 8g of tea for 1,5-2 dl of water (95°C), and infuse 10-12 times for 30 seconds.
