CHARACTER
The best tea from the Ailao region so far! It has a fruit juice density, a seedy aroma, honey, sticky, and extremely fine sheng. After the first cup, you start to smile, a smile that lasts for 12 infusions. We highly recommend it!
Ailaoshan, Simao, Middle-Yunnan, Subtropical Mountain Climate, High mountain region > 1500m
It is located in the northern part of Puer/Simao Prefecture, in a subtropical climate zone. The peaks are located in the 1000-3300m altitude. Smaller and larger-leaved varieties are also common. Ailao teas are generally sweet, orange liqueur, peachy in character with a moderate bitterness. The naturally sweet, fruity infusion have also powerful Chaqi.
DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE
Add 5-8 g tea to 1.5-2 dl 80-85°C water and infuse for 30-60 seconds, up to 10-12 times.
