Description

ORIGIN & HARVEST TIME

Yunnan, Xishuangbanna, 2023

Haiwan Tea Factory, known for quality control and consistent fermentation processes.

CHARACTER

A pure, matured, and complex shu pu-erh—this is what happens when a good recipe ages well. Our taste buds are not solely indulged by earthy notes but also by clean, floral, mineral, and sweet aromas. The experience is layered: the familiar earthy-oily taste is present in the middle, while the surface is rocky, herbal, floral, vibrant, and pure. In the deeper layers and aftertaste, nutty, seed-like characteristics emerge, providing a solid foundation and a comforting finish. With its exemplary depth, we recommend it for ceremonial tea sessions.

BENEFITS

Strong, Energizing, Complex, Valuable, Unique, Amazing, Amazing, Amazing 🙂

DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE

According to the traditional Gongfucha tea ceremony, use 8g of tea for 1,5-2 dl of water (95°C), and infuse 10-12 times for 30 seconds.
