CHARACTER
Made from the highest-grade buds, this tea is aged for a longer time using a drier, gentler process and is tightly pressed into a 100g tuocha shape. This aging and storage method helps preserve the original aromas and sweetness of the delicate buds for an extended period. Its distinctive feature is Dou Xiang (豆香)—a nutty aroma reminiscent of almonds, pistachios, and other stone fruits with a sweet undertone. Historically, Gongting referred to the tea of the imperial palace, and today, it symbolizes this high-grade category.
At 5 grams per session, it produces a silky-sweet infusion with an almond aftertaste and a creamy fragrance.
At 8–10 grams, the brew becomes denser, offering a bitter almond nuance with an intensely sweet aftertaste.

DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE
According to the traditional Gongfucha tea ceremony, use 8g of tea for 1,5-2 dl of water (95°C), and infuse 10-12 times for 30 seconds.
