Ailao Mountain (Ailaoshan) is a renowned puerh tea-growing region located in central Yunnan, China. This area stands out for its elevation and diverse ecosystem, which create excellent conditions for tea cultivation. The mountain range lies between 1,500 and 3,000 meters in altitude, offering the unique flavors and aromas characteristic of high-altitude teas. The teas produced here combine sweet, floral, and fruity notes with a refreshing bitterness that contributes to their bold, rich, and lively taste.

DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE

According to the traditional Gongfucha tea ceremony, use 8g of tea for 1,5-2 dl of water (85-90°C), and infuse 10-12 times for 30 seconds.
