CHARACTER

A dry-green, large-leaved sheng disc from a forest tea tree, that grows at 2800m. As a high mountain tea, it is a fruity, sweet, and fragrant sort, producing a naturally delicate, creamy vanilla infusion. When tasted well, quince and sandalwood flavors are also detectable in the taste. It is a medium-strength, exceptionally fine drink, with a cheesy, fermented throat flavor.

DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE

A) According to the traditional Kungfu ritual, after a “hot bath”, boil it several times at 85°C, with 20-40 second infusions.
