CHARACTER

A long , summery tea with fruity aromas. The restrained strength and cooling aftertaste make it easy to drink even in hot summer days. The surroundings of the village of Bing Dao “Ice Island” (or more precisely two villages, Bing Dao Lao Zhai and Bing Dai Xin Zhai) sources the most expensive Lincang sheng puer, such as the mao cha, which is one of the most valuable yunnan puer ingredients.

Bing Dao Shan
The dark green leaves are rich and soft, the veins are beautiful. Bing Dao puer is gentle, less bitter, sweetish, with very fruity aroma. There are few true monumental trees, usually bushes of 30-50 years old are typical. Its light, very pale liquor is very delicate, light, deeply fruity taste.

DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE

Add 5-8 grams to 150 – 200 ml water. Infuse at 85-90°C, for 30-60 seconds, up to 8 – 10 times.
