CHARACTER

A spring red tea selected from the large buds of Simao Camellia Taliensis, which gives a nice aroma of tropical fruits, especially sweet-tart mango. The tea is lightly brewed and does not become astringent, so you can enjoy the fragrant, fruity aroma of the tea over many infusions. Its naturally sweet brew becomes even more exciting as the scents of cocoa and carrots emerge.

DOSAGE & BREWING GUIDELINE

A) Traditional way in a gaiwan/clay teapot: 3-5 grams + 150 ml water. According to the Gongfucha, it can be boiled several times at 85°C, with 30-40 sec. infusions.

B) Modern brewing in a jug: 3-5 grams + 300-500 ml water.  It can be infused with 85 °C water 2-3 times after 2-3 minutes of brewing.
