Description Nuomi Xiang, or Sticky Rice Aroma, is a shu puer presented in a beautifully pressed brick form, crafted from small to medium-sized leaves. The brick breaks apart easily, allowing for convenient dosing without compromising the leaves. It begins with a subtle smokiness and the distinctive toasted rice fragrance of nuomi xiang, evolving over 2-3 infusions as the smokiness gradually diminishes. What remains is an appetite-stimulating, predominantly hearty and warming character reminiscent of Asian soups. Despite its robust nature, the tea offers a pleasing, full-bodied taste with a notably gentle sensation. While not overpowering, it still boasts a high caffeine content typical of shu puer. A friendly and almost satiating tea!
Preparation

A) Following the Kungfu tea ceremony, this tea, akin to a ‘warm bath,’ can be steeped multiple times at 95°C, with each infusion lasting 30-60 seconds.

B) For brewing in a teapot, use approximately 3-5 grams (1 cup) of tea, and pour about 300 ml of 95°C water. Allow it to steep for a longer period, around 1-2 minutes, and it can be re-infused several times.
