CHARACTER

A strong, aromatic wild tea with a dried fruit character, made from excellent raw material and offering a long-lasting drinking experience. This commemorative cake was created to celebrate the launch of the Fengqing tea factory by the Six Famous Tea Mountain company. The tea is worthy of both the occasion and the producer. Dry-aged, exceptionally rich, dense, and flavorful sheng Pu-erh with a long finish and significant tea energy. It has a raisin-like aroma, a slight smokiness, and an intensely fruity, highly concentrated profile.

The Six Famous Tea Mountain (SFTM) Company was founded in 2002 in Menghai County, Yunnan, China, specializing in premium puerh tea. The company takes its name from the legendary Six Famous Tea Mountains (六大茶山), which were historically renowned for producing high-quality puerh tea during the Qing Dynasty. Their puerh teas are primarily sourced from ancient tea trees (gushu, 古树) in famous regions like Yiwu, Bulang, and Menghai. SFTM produces both sheng (raw) and shou (ripe) puerh teas, offering a wide range of flavor profiles from fresh and floral to rich and earthy. The company has gained popularity among puerh collectors due to its limited-edition tea cakes and its focus on high-quality, single-region productions.
