Description The classic 7578 shu puer recipe from the tradition-honoring and continuously evolving Haiwan Tea.

This tea, with its caramel and date aromas, exhibits a vibrant red infusion and embodies the classic shu character, perfect for aging. Following a subtle bitterness, the taste transforms into sweetness, becoming progressively more nuanced with ripe fruity notes of figs and dates.

Additionally, our selection includes a reinterpretation of the recipe, known as 9978.

Preparation

A) During the Kungfu tea ceremony, after a ‘warm bath,’ this tea can be steeped multiple times at 95°C, with each infusion lasting 30-60 seconds.

B) For brewing in a teapot, use approximately 3-5 grams (1 cup) of tea, and pour about 300 ml of 95°C water. Allow it to steep for a longer period, around 1-2 minutes, and it can be re-infused several times.
