Description

ORIGIN & HARVEST TIME

Yunnan, Xishuangbanna, Menghai, Mount Pasha, 2024 Spring

CHARACTER

Pasha (“High Forest”) mountain teas come from trees growing at one of the highest points in the Xishuangbanna autonomous region. The tea gardens and ancient tree sections, located at an average altitude of 1700 meters, are practically shrouded in mist year-round, and together with the excellent soil conditions, provide ideal circumstances for tea picking. Our 2024 tea is notably sweet with deep aromas, and its forest-like, particularly humid scents invite continuous sniffing. Its strength can be considered average for now, making it suitable to be tasted as a second or third serving during a tea afternoon

Maocha: The raw material for sheng puer teas, fresh maocha, is characterized by a very green tea-like nature, with raw strength, abundant freshness, and spring aromas. In this loose leaf form, it is primarily recommended for those who enjoy strong, spring energy-filled green teas.
When later pressed into disk or brick shapes, it undergoes a long transformation process over many years, even decades, we call it sheng puerh.

100% wild-harvested tea from old trees.
